Meet Alissa, founder of Olive Tree Design Build & curator of everyday luxury.
Olive Tree Design Build was born from my vision to transform the home design and construction experience.
As a woman in a predominantly male industry, I saw an opportunity to bring a fresh perspective, so I created a firm that not only delivers stunning, functional homes but also empowers clients to feel confident and involved in the process.
I love working with families who want to design a home that tells their story, blending character and visionary design with practical functionality. Spaces that are not only beautiful but can handle the evolution of your family life - from taco Tuesday dinner to wow-worthy hosting events.
A native of Columbia, Missouri, Alissa is deeply committed to her community, bringing innovative design ideas to the Midwest. When not transforming homes, Alissa enjoys spending time with her family, nurturing her collection of over 100 house plants, and indulging in creative pursuits like painting and crafting.

Robyn Aldridge
PROJECTS & OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Robyn joined the team about four months ago, but her connection to Olive Tree goes way back. She and Alissa became friends over a decade ago when they were next-door neighbors, and Robyn has had a front-row seat to the heart and hard work poured into the business. Now, she’s honored to be part of that journey by helping manage the behind-the-scenes details and bringing beautiful spaces to life for our clients.
Originally from Springfield, MO, Robyn has called Columbia home for the past 14 years. When she’s not keeping Olive Tree running smoothly, you’ll find her soaking up family time with her husband Jeremy and their 5-year-old son Lucas, who’s about to start kindergarten!
Aside with working with a dear friend, Robyn says her favorite part of the job is helping design spaces clients truly love living in. She’s excited to be part of a growing business and looks forward to all the opportunities ahead.
