Design Power Session

Every project starts here! This package is for clients looking for help getting a project started, wanting to pick a designer's brain, or needing a one-time consult.

Kitchen & Bath Design

Design, detail and specifications for kitchens and bathrooms. This package includes 2D floorplans, 3D renderings, custom millwork details, and schedules that include all material selections.

Drafting

Construction documents including floor plans, elevations, perspectives, 3D renderings, cabinetry and millwork plans, electrical plans, mechanical plans, roof plans and schedules that detail all selections and finishes.

Remodel Design

We design your remodel and give you all drawings, renderings, and material specifications for get started on your project.

New Construction Design

We serve as your advocate throughout the construction process as we design your project and then work alongside your contractor to build your home.

Material Specification

Use our in-house library of materials as well as established relationships with fabricators and suppliers to choose all finishes for your remodel or new build.

General Contracting

As a licensed and insured general contractor, we manage the project from start to finish, including coordinating with architects, engineers, and other contractors. We will also ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.

Commercial Design

We will plan, design, and specify the interior space of a commercial building. This includes the selection of finishes, furnishings, and equipment, as well as the layout of the space

Room Refresh

Update or refresh your home with new furnishings and accents. We provide sourcing, specification, procurement, tracking, and installing with a white glove delivery.

E-Design

Based on the measurements and photos you provide, we design your space and provide all plans and specifications

Color Consult

We will come to your home and assess the space, taking into account the lighting, furniture, and other elements. Then we will then help you choose colors that will create a cohesive and stylish look.

Designer for a Day

A 6 hour session to be used as you would like. This can include material selections, brainstorming, drawings, ordering, or shopping at local showrooms.
