Refresh a Space with New Design

Even in our dream homes, there often comes a point in time where we are ready for a new look or feel in a particular space. One of our most popular services, aside from full interior design, is focusing our efforts on one single space. By bringing in fresh paint, new furniture and completely styling the room, our clients are able to bring new life to their existing home. Step 1. Planning

For these projects, planning is key! We meet with our clients for a consultation to talk more about their goals for the project and what they are looking to achieve in their space. We spend a lot of time talking about the client's lifestyle and how they intend to use the space. We thumb through imagery and colors and fabric swatches to gain inspiration and truly pull together the desired aesthetic. All of these decisions typically take place over the course of a few meetings. Once we have worked together to develop a solid design board, Alissa begins drawing the space.

Step 2. Drawing the Space

For Olive Tree, this is one of the best services we can offer our clients, giving them a chance to preview their design before it becomes reality. Alissa is able to digitally layout the space, and from there, she can drop and place furniture onto the floor plan, allowing clients to see the true scale of each piece. Step 3. Selections

We love giving clients multiple options to choose from because it's important to us that we get it right. And by right, we mean right for them! This sometimes means sampling furniture pieces in various materials and fabrics, or rearranging the placement of the furniture. We are there to take the stress and the guess work out of the process while allowing our clients to enjoy the fun of the selection process.

Step 4. Orders & Delivery

Once everything has been selected, Olive Tree places the orders, coordinating with all of the suppliers and freight carriers to ensure that everything will be delivered within the agreed upon timeline. Upon delivery, Olive Tree personally accepts the order and verifies that everything is in the proper condition.

Step 5. Install

Our favorite day is Install Day. Like many of our clients do, this family was actually out of town during their installation. This allowed our team to totally transform their space by assembling everything, styling it, and cleaning the room before their return for a completely turn-key experience. After our team's hard work, we were thrilled to show off the Copperstone Family's new sitting area:
